Ex-Servo's Host St John Bosco Youth Centre Cricket Touring Team

On Saturday 2nd September 2023, we hosted a touring team representing the Bosco CC from the Sutherland Shire. These boys were fantastic to play, bringing the spirit of cricket and comradery to ensure a fantastic day. In a close game decided by 36 runs, the Green and Gold brought home the silverware - the inaugural "Sheep Stations" trophy. Man of the Match achievement went to James Hancock, with a crafty 39 backed with 3/9. Nash Connell also contributed strongly with 59 not out while youngster Xavier Smith had his first taste of senior cricket at HDO with a handsome 25.
