Friday - T20 20 Turf Champs - Michael Coulter man of the match tore through bomaderry taking 4 for 8, with the total set to take the cup at 53. Blake Munilla came out firing making 20 off 13, with Dan Gleeson making a quickfire 16 off 13. The game was in the bag in the 6th over. What a great game and an amazing effort from all the players involved. Special thanks to Jack McDonald from Shellharbour City CC for being part of the team for this competition. Congratulations to Michael Coulter who captained the team. Well done boys!
Onto Saturdays results
First Grade and Second Grade were washed out.
Third Grade had a easy win due to a forfeit.
Fourth Grade - It just wasn't our week with the bat this week , only managing to set Sussex a target of 43. However our bowling especially from Adam Moore ( 5 for 21 off 3.5) , ( pictured) gave them a run for their money so there were some positives out of the game. Onto next week now boys, then onto the finals!
Juniors - Only one game played and unfortunately our Stage 3 Green team had a loss in the semi final. We made a total of 88 with Shaia Wagner-Smith top scoring with 19. Batemans were in good form with the bat , got the runs in 17 overs, and all credit to them for winning this game and good luck to Batemans Bay in the final next week. A massive thank you to Trent Smith for coaching this year!
