Game updates from the weekend - brought to you by Worrigee Sports, check out the sports bar its a great place to watch the cricket!

First Grade - Travelled to Kiama and took away the biccies with a early mark. Jake O'Connell was bowling heat, taking 5 for 21, with Nathan Tyrell taking 3 for 13, this led to the cav's being all out for 82 off 38. Interesting stat Jake has taken 27 wickets this season at 11.63, fantastic effort ! Michael Coulter opened the batting and put on a show, making 38 off 23, Mick Perry then closed out the innings with 23 with us getting the runs in 12.50 overs.

Second Grade - Chasing 215 for victory we fell short this week. Best of the bowlers was Kuldeep Singh Rana with 2 for 27. With the bat we started well with Cap Shane Halliday putting on a great half century finishing on 54, however we lost a few cheap wickets and were unable to chase down the total

Third Grade - Thirds had a really great game on the weekend, they made 211 batting first with Jared Galvin back in the runs with 66 and Dylan Higgins smashing 44 off 28. Jake Lewis really is bowling at another level this season getting another 5fa, well done Jake! ( pictured) with 5 for 5 off 3.40 overs. Bomaderry was all out for 66.

Fourth Grade - Chasing a total of 158 for victory unfortunately our batting let us down this week. Jake Mussig was the best of the bowlers with 3 for 31, and with the bat another junior Liam Freeman made 21 which was our highest score. Again we are proud of our juniors working their way into senior cricket, its not all about the results but getting these kids experience to take our club forward in the future.

Juniors -

Stage 3 GOLD - went down to Berry, however it was a spirited fight. Katie Martin was the best of the bowlers with 2 for 13. Chasing 178, we fell a little short, however a big positive was Liam Freeman making his maiden half century scoring 52 off 60 retired not out. Well done Liam!

Stage 3 Green- had a tie with ulladulla, it was a tight game and could have gone either way. It seems we will probably play ulladulla in the semi so it was a good hit out. Kent Ellery was the best of the bowlers with 2 for 15. Chasing 112 Joel Galvin made 37 which was our highest score. We lost our last wicket on 112, so the game was a tie in the end.

Stage 2 - had a loss to basin this week, Logan Halliday continues his great batting this season making 19, with the ball Jonathan Spinks was the best with 2 for 14.

Stage 1 - Had a nice win against Berry this week. Jesse Moss that name again has the ball on a string this year, taking 2 for 3. With the bat Archie Richards top scored with 22, nice Archie!
